Chapters
of The California Society of Certified Public Accountants regularly present
activities and discussion groups that provide a professional forum for Certified
Public Accountants.
These
events are an excellent source of continuing education, an opportunity to
network with other professionals, and sometimes just good social interaction.
I
have participated in these groups and organizations over the years and have
found them to be quite valuable and enjoyable. I am also very biased since I
currently chair a discussion group.
