If you are unable to view the Data
Transfer
site on your computer do the following-
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Go to Tools and select Internet Options
3. Then when the new window pops up select
Advanced
4. Then look under the Section labeled Browsing
5. Make sure that "Enable folder view for FTP sites"
is checked
6. The press OK and exit that screen
7. Close out and then re-open Internet Explorer and try to
access the site
